In the Beginning, Relationship
The God who existed in relationship before He created anything, and the first 'not good' in the Bible.

Family. Community. Belonging.
The Bible uses words for relationship that are so intense, so physical, so binding, that they would make most of us uncomfortable if we really understood them. This study walks through five sessions of Hebrew and Greek words about family, community, and belonging.
These are not polite words. They are not safe words. They are words that describe what happens when God gets involved in how humans relate to each other. And when God gets involved, things get inconveniently close.
